In line with the economic growth experienced in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is represented by reformulating the economy, regulations, paths and components through the Kingdom’s Vision of 2030, which imposed the need for the development of the private sector to keep pace with these changes. These included the private sector, its tools as well as understanding the expected changes of the market requirements, whether at the level of goods or services.
From this vision, we learned that we need to change the existing work culture and our execution strategies, as such the best choice for us was to create a new entity in line with the Kingdom’s vision to improve the provision of services in particular the inside of the professional and private sector.
Edrak relied on ancient components and foundations represented in investing in young minds and the participation of experts in the legal field within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to provide its clients with an updated model that fits the developing requirements within a modern business model based on servicing and representing the customer, in order to establish a healthy relationship with the customer to help them achieve their goals.
To achieve this model, we had to provide many resources, the most important of which are cadres, directly or through advisory or executive alliances to ensure continuity and the existence of a strategy that seeks to achieve the goals. Edrak also works to provide legal services to individuals and companies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and some Gulf countries by establishing Contracts with other legal companies to serve the client, whether inside or outside the Kingdom.
